for Multiage or Multi-Level Classrooms
The Math Workshop was created
by three teachers who felt the need to provide a structured,
differentiated, and hands-on math experience to students. Math
classroom are filled with varied levels of ability requiring
a multitude of materials to meet all students differing needs.
Each strand in the Math Workshop has activities that are tiered
and similar in format so that several levels may used together
in one classroom. The standards and concepts in each activity
build upon one another as the levels progress.
